This week I want to keep it really simple but actionable for you: If I were to start today, what three areas of my business I would automate? Lead gen: If you wake up every day, wondering where your next lead is coming from. I am sorry, but you don't have a business. You have a hobby. Btw, that was me in Jan 2025. Not anymore. I automated my lead gen. And now I help other businesses achieve that too. This is done through cold email campaigns, via enriched leads and AI personalization done at scale. You get qualified booked appointments on your calendar every month. And you only focus on fulfillment. Exactly where I am right now. Customer Onboarding: Nothing speaks about your world-class customer service, if your client receives information before they even have to ask for it. It builds brand reputation, more referrals from existing clients, and more time on your calendar for higher leverage tasks. Who doesn't want that? Automated Proposal generation: This automation saves you easily 10 hours/week if you take 5 sales calls/week (side note: in Jan 2025, I set a goal of 20 sales calls/month. for reference, I am at 28/month at the moment. That's the power of automation. I know I keep yelling.) Productize your offer in a way so you only have to tweak a little for each prospect. Rule of thumb, time kills deals. If you got off a sales call, they asked for a proposal, it should hit in their inbox under 30 mins. Why 30 mins? My automation can send it in 2 mins but I don't want them to think AI wrote it.
