The First System Every AI-First CEO Needs

Hey there,

AI without the right mindset?

It’s like running a marathon without knowing why.

By mile 18, you’ll want to quit.

And most do—because they didn’t build the mental system first.

So if you haven’t done the workbook from last week yet, pause.

Please go back. And go through it. You will be glad you did.

But if you’re ready for your first system as an AI-First CEO?

Here we go!

System #1: The Digital Bouncer

This is the first thing I install for every founder.

Why?

Because most of you don’t have a lead problem.

You have a people-who-waste-your-time problem.

Only 3% of your market is ready to buy today.

The other 97%?

They need education. Time. Nurturing.

So let’s stop letting anyone and everyone book a call with you.

Here is a step-by-step process:

Step 1: Qualify Better

Talking to unqualified leads = death by calendar.

Fix it like this:

✅ Use a scheduler (Calendly, TidyCal)

✅ Add tough questions: budget, goal, biggest pain, priority

✅ If they bounce? Good. You just saved 45 minutes.

Pro Tip:

Use Typeform or Paperform and ask for name/email first.

If they abandon mid-way, you still captured the lead.

Most businesses lose 90% of their leads this way. Yikes!

With this hack, though, YOU will no longer be that business!

Step 2: Reduce No-Shows

You finally get a qualified lead—and then they ghost you?

Here’s the fix:

✅ Send 3 reminders:

– 2 days before

– 1 day before

– 1 hour before

✅ Include a free, valuable resource

→ This builds trust before the call even starts.

This one tweak alone boosts show-up rates by up to 50%.

Step 3: Let AI Handle First Contact

Don’t be your own assistant.

✅ Add a chatbot to your site or social profiles

→ Let it answer 90% of common FAQs, do the lead nurture

✅ For the tricky 10%?

Route it to your inbox—or better, to an AI voice assistant

BUT WAIT,

Your chatbot is only as smart as what you feed it.

So feed it well:

✅ Create a simple SOP or internal doc

→ Include FAQs, common objections, how to handle each, top fears of your prospect, and your offer stack

✅ Load that into your bot

→ Now it answers like you, not like Clippy

Again, fix the system → AI actually works.

(We’ll go deeper into voice AI and advanced chat strategies in an upcoming issue—stay tuned.)

So there you have it, build this first.

Call it The Digital Bouncer.

It screens. It filters. It protects your calendar.

And it makes sure the only people you talk to… are worth talking to.

Next week:

We put your lead nurturing on autopilot.

But before that…

👉 What’s one part of your lead process you wish you could delete forever?

Hit reply and tell me.

I’ll share how to automate or eliminate it.

www.kodenyxai.com Hi there, This week I want to keep it really simple but actionable for you: If I were to start today, what three areas of my business I would automate? Lead gen: If you wake up every day, wondering where your next lead is coming from. I am sorry, but you don't have a business. You have a hobby. Btw, that was me in Jan 2025. Not anymore. I automated my lead gen. And now I help other businesses achieve that too. This is done through cold email campaigns, via enriched leads and...

www.kodenyxai.com Hey there, There’s one thing I hear over and over: “Aarti, I know AI could help… but I just don’t have time to figure it all out.” If that’s you? You’re not lazy. You’re not behind. You’re just busy running a business. But here’s the trap: BUSY FOUNDERS STAY BUSY Because they don’t have the time to build the system that would give them time back. You’re stuck in a loop: Too busy → don’t automate Don’t automate → stay busy Stay busy → never escape So let me say this clearly:...

www.kodenyxai.com Hey there, I’ll keep this short—but packed with clarity. There’s a lot of hype around AI agents right now. And while they can be powerful, here’s the truth: Most businesses don’t need an agent. They need the right kind of automation—for the right kind of task. Let me break it down: 1. Traditional Automation What it is: Simple, rule-based workflows. No AI involved. Just “if this, then that.” Think of it like: An assembly line—it follows instructions, no questions asked. Best...
